Exciting Days

We have had a couple of exciting days around our trailer! Yesterday, Preston lost his first tooth! This was a pretty big deal for him, and he has a nice gaping hole to show for it. He was up bright and early (5:30!) this morning to check what the tooth fairy brought him.

Then, today we heard the news that we got bank approval for the short sale! Woohoo! We have to close by July 25th, but hoping to be a week or so ahead of that. This definitely puts us ahead of our anticipated timeline, and it looks like we'll end up only spending about 2.5 months in the trailer. We will probably continue to live in it for a couple of weeks while we paint and put new flooring in, but we'll see what happens with that.
