After my burned bread the other day, I decided to give it another shot. It's been so rainy & cold, and we spent the last couple of days at friend's houses so we are stuck inside today. A perfect day to try baking banana bread!
It came out PERFECT. I'm pretty proud of it actually. The boys have already eaten half of it (while watching copious amounts of Dr. Seuss DVD's...Bad mom award for me, but it's challenging to occupy them when the weather is so bad).
